View of the Saint-Hilaire Church in Melle, dated to the 12th century, with its conical-roofed bell tower and nave surrounded by columns. The back has handwritten text dated January 20, 1929, addressed to 'Monsieur Henry' in Dijon, with a note of acknowledgment for a received photograph.
