View of the Town Hall in Melun, an imposing building with two conical towers and a central clock, framed by an ornate iron gate. A few people are visible in the inner courtyard. On the reverse, handwritten address to Brussels, a green 5-centime stamp, and a postmark of 'MELUN' dated July 11, 1909.
