View of Garavan Bay in Menton under stormy weather, with waves breaking on a rocky embankment. The back has a handwritten address to Madame Berthe Mathieu in Mantelimar (Drôme), a green 10-centime stamp, and a postmark from Montelimar dated December 25, 1909.
