Black and white view of the Casino Promenade in Menton, with a large palm tree in the foreground, sun loungers and umbrellas lined up near the beach, and buildings in the background. The back features a handwritten letter dated April 14, 1963, sent from Menton to Saint-Laurent-du-Var, with a 20 franc French postage stamp and a Menton postmark.
