View of the banks of the Oise in Mériel, with several boats on the shore and an industrial chimney in the background. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated August 1922, addressed to Madame Gildas Boulard in Paris, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a cancellation from Bihain.
