Description

View of the Digue in Mers-les-Bains, with timber-framed houses and pedestrians on the beach. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 25, 1961, sent from Dieppe to Madame Madeleine de Tarchon in Vincennes, with a 5-franc stamp and a Dieppe postmark.
