The printed text at the bottom indicates 'Messestadt Leipzig, Deutsche Notenbank'. On the reverse, handwritten French text addresses the card to 'M. William and his sons' in Blans-Messil, France, with a 208/5c postage stamp and a postmark 'LEIPZIG 21.7.17'.
