View of the Moselle Canal in Metz, with old buildings and bare trees reflected in the water. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated June 5, 1922, sent from Metz to Madame Dion Syaire in Méguelin, with a blue 25-centime stamp and postmarks from Metz and Moselle.
