View of the Metz Prefecture, an imposing building with a central balustrade, in front of which are people and a fiacre. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated March 19, 1919, addressed to Mrs. Chierry in Neufchâtel-en-Bray (Seine-Inférieure), with a stamp and a Metz cancellation.
