View of a flood in Meulan in January 1910 on the Quai Albert-Joly, where residents are rowing in boats among the high waters. In the background, the café 'Le Petit Trou' is visible. The reverse contains a handwritten letter addressed to M. Auguste Gengs in Baveri-Allibamphs, Cher, with a 5-centime green stamp and a postmark from Meulan dated February 14, 1910.
