Description

Postcard depicting a foot hunter in uniform with a trumpet and sword, next to a crest adorned with the number 13 and the word 'Hunters'. In the background, three riders. Printed text in red on the reverse mentions the American Legion of Saint-George and the Midi, reformed in 1871, with campaigns at Austerlitz, Jena, Sebastopol, and Magenta. The reverse features handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. E. Clamaron in Marseille, with a postmark and a post office cancellation from 'HERAULT' dated October 19, 1902.
