Black-and-white illustration of a group of soldiers marching with rifles, under a bright sun, with printed text: 'Vive la France. Vive la République. Forward! Close your ranks! On guard, and arms! Close your ranks, and arms! For the Fatherland, Humanity! Close your ranks, children!'. On the reverse, correspondence to Albert Fériacca in Vicq (Calvados), dated April 23, 1915, with stamp and postmark 'NANTES-ELLE' and note 'This Postcard is sold for the Benefit of Aid to Victims of the Invasion'.
