Printed text on the reverse is a poem by André Soriac titled 'A Nos Villages', published in the series 'Illustrated Sonnet Postcards of the War'. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated August 17, 1915, addressed to 'Maman' and 'Papa', and an address to 'Paris'.
