Description

Postcard showing a destroyed naval battery at Verdun Fort, with a 42-caliber shell, weight 9308, height 15, displayed in front of a building. The reverse has handwritten text dated March 27, 1919, sent by Sergeant Gambaldi to Valentin Poulquier in Marseille, with a mention of the destroyed battery and a friendly greeting.
