Description

Postcard showing a 400 mm cannon at Camp de Mailly, with numerous soldiers posing on and around the artillery. The reverse contains handwritten correspondence dated September 25, 1913, sent to a cousin, describing military maneuvers and living conditions at the camp. The publisher A. Nieps is mentioned at the bottom of the front.
