Description

Canteen of the Mourmelon camp, with several soldiers in uniform sitting at wooden tables under a brick building. The word 'CANTINE' is visible in capital letters on the façade. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Mme J.-E. Hulaine' in Dordfichon, with a postage stamp from 'MADVE' dated 23 X 1939 and a district postmark from 'MADVE'.
