Card illustrating the flag of the Foot and Alpine Hunters with the inscriptions 'Honor and Fatherland' and the names of battlefields (Sidi-Brahim, Sebastopol, Far East, Madagascar, Morocco) as well as the dates 1844–1914. Printed text describing the history of the flag, its decorations (Legion of Honor, Military Medal) and its attribution to the 1st Battalion in 1911. Reverse: handwritten address to M. Charles Darié, handwritten date 'Rigente le 2 Décembre 1911', and mention 'POSTCARD' with instructions for correspondence.
