Card illustrating the flag of the Foot and Alpine Hunters, adorned with the inscriptions 'Honor and Fatherland' and the names of battles (Sidi-Brahim, Sebastopol, Solferino, Far East, Madagascar, Morocco) with dates. Printed text recalling the creation of the battalions (1838-1871) and their decorations (Legion of Honor, Military Medal). Reverse: handwritten text dated 11.9.1914, addressed to 'Dear father-in-law', and mention 'POSTCARD' with postal instructions.
