Description

View of the ruined Château de Condé after World War I 1914-1918, with an inscription indicating that it housed Louis XVI and was destroyed by the Germans. The back has a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Émard in Condé-sur-Loire, with a postmark from Condé-sur-Loire dated July 26, 1917.
