Description

Scene of soup distribution to infantry soldiers in front of a building. A soldier in an apron pours soup into a container, while other soldiers in uniform wait. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated October 19, 1910, addressed to a woman, with a 10-centime French postage stamp and a cancellation mark.
