1939 satirical postcard illustrated with a stylized red rose, symbolizing the Maginot Line, with city names such as Metz, Strasbourg, and Sarrebrück inscribed on a border line. The printed text at the top and bottom refers to a rose that pricks. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated 25/11/60, addressed to 'Monsieur Galy', with a printed note of 'postcard' at the bottom right.
