Description

Postcard depicting an animated scene in a military canteen with soldiers drinking and dancing, a waitress behind the bar, and printed text 'Having Fun at the Canteen' and '362 Days at the Jus'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated 28 July 1918 sent from Marseille to Delphine Martin in Gardanne, with a 25-centime postage stamp and a postmark 'Marseille 28 July 1918'.
