Description

Satirical postcard by Louis Raimbault showing a German soldier in uniform with a pointed helmet walking toward a door marked 'Belgium', in a disordered room. The printed text at the bottom says: 'BAH ! ON ME TROUVERA BIEN DES EXCUSES.' and 'THEY'LL WHITETWASH ME SOMEHOW.'. The reverse indicates that the card is sold for the benefit of war orphans, with a French flag at the top left.
