Description

Scene of a military visit in a room where soldiers in uniform interact with an officer in white uniform. Two posters indicate 'Ordinary Regime' and 'Special Regime'. The drawing is signed 'P. Gaillard' at the bottom right. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated 23-4-30, addressed to Monsieur R. Labbé, 99 Bd Magenta, Paris 10e, with the inscription 'D.D. Rep. Interd.' at the bottom left.
