Black and white view of the destroyed bridge at Pont-Sainte-Maxence, with scattered stone and wood debris in the water, under the gaze of old buildings. The reverse side features handwritten correspondence dated January 27, 1918, addressed to a person named 'Chérie', with a signature 'M. Klamov'.
