View of a destroyed metal bridge in Alsace, dating from the war 1914-1915, with a village in the background and a boat on the river. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated 22 July 1915, addressed to Madame Gobert in Chardogne (Meuse), with a stamp and cancellation from Tain-l'Hermitage.
