Description

Postcard depicting a spahis riding a galloping horse, with the inscription 'Spahis' at the bottom right. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 13/9/1901, sent from Constantine to Victor Bilhaud, rue Danremont, Constantine, requesting an exchange of Algeria postcards. The recipient's address, Augustin Bolapion in Serrey-sous-Salmaise (Côte-d'Or), is written at the bottom of the reverse. A 10-centime postage stamp is affixed at the top right, with a cancellation mark 'CONSTANTINE 6/9/01'.
