View of the ruined church of St-Jacques-Cappelle after the war of 1914-16, with rubble and broken beams. Printed text at the bottom: 'The War 1914-16'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to Miss Yvonne Belleume in Claye-Souilly (Seine-et-Marne), with a Belgian military stamp and postmark 'POSTES MILITAIRES BELGES' dated 27.9.1918.
