Humorous postcard showing a soldier being confronted by an official in front of a door marked 'RESERVED', with dialogue: 'Don't get on this train. It is reserved for the Minister of War.' and 'Well, who's to say I am not the Minister of War.' Signed by V. P. Bahn. Reverse: handwritten text dated 13-3-40 in Bourges, addressed to Mademoiselle Suzanne Mertu in Gignac, with a postmark 'P.C. PARIS' and note 'Series M - 114'.
