Interior of a temporary ossuary in Verdun, decorated with garlands and funeral plaques, with a central altar. Printed text recalls the location and the anticipation of the final monument. Reverse: handwritten message from the Chaplain of the Department of the Meuse, dated November 1, sent by the Committee of the Commune of Verdun in appreciation for the public offering.
