Colorized postcard depicting the Mission San Francisco de Espada, built in 1750 in San Antonio, Texas, with its stone bell tower and tiled roof. The reverse contains printed text explaining that it was the fourth of four missions intended to convert the Indians, and a 1-cent American postmark canceled.
