Description

View of the monastery of la Grande-Trappe with the Chaumon pond (12 hectares) and the orphanage, photographed from the north. The reverse contains a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Couturier in Neuilly-sur-Seine, with a 10-centime green stamp and a postmark from Montagnac (Ardèche) dated 1920.
