Description

Black and white panoramic view of the village of Monestier-de-Clermont, nestled in a mountain valley with a church and scattered houses. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Mes Chers Amis' in Paris, dated September 1943, with two French stamps (50c and 1F) and a 'PARIS 9E' cancellation.
