View of the Town Hall in Mons, with its imposing clock tower and Gothic windows. Printed text at the top: 'Mons. — Town Hall.' and handwritten signature 'G.T. feire'. On the reverse, address to 'Mademoiselle Filine Bourges, Moulin de Laurac, Alençon (Orne)' and a 5-centime Belgian postmark cancelled 'MONS 1913'.
