View of a stone meteorological observatory on a summit, with an orientation table at 1571 meters altitude, two metal masts, and a rocky path bordered by a guardrail. On the reverse, printed text indicating construction from 1882 to 1891 by the Water and Forests Administration according to the plans of G. Fabre, with an address of the publisher: 'Les Arts Graphiques - Toulouse 14, Rue de la Concorde'.
