Black and white view of the Hall of Guests at the Abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel, dated to the 13th century, with pointed arch vaults and massive columns. On the reverse, a French 3-franc postmark, cancellation of August 1st, 1948, and handwritten address to Madame Rocher in Rennes.
