Description

View of the prefecture in Montauban, an imposing building with a monumental entrance and central bell tower. Printed text at the top and bottom indicates the location and publisher. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to André Buart in Rennes, with a 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Montauban dated July 24, 1931.
