Description

View of the prefecture of Tarn-et-Garonne in Montauban, with its imposing neoclassical building and monumental entrance. The reverse has a handwritten letter addressed to Léopold Séffir in Mirabeau, with a postmark from Montauban dated 15 May 1925. The postage stamp is a red stamp of the French Republic.
