View of the Prefecture of Tarn-et-Garonne in Montauban, an imposing building in neoclassical style with dormer roofs and ornate façade. Printed text at the bottom: 'MONTAUBAN — Prefecture of Tarn-et-Garonne'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Mauricette Meauray' in Narbonne, with two stamps (10c red and 5c green) and a postmark from Montauban dated July 19, 1922.
