Black and white view of the cloister promenade of Montbenoît Abbey, highlighting the short columns topped with sculpted capitals featuring bizarre ornaments, floral motifs, branches, and reptiles. The reverse indicates a dated correspondence from October 25, 1914, and notes that the visitor's attention is mainly drawn to these sculpted details, all quite well preserved.
