Colored view of Monte-Carlo showing the Ramp and several luxurious hotels on the hill, including the Hotel de Paris visible in the background. The reverse has a handwritten date of 15 July 1906, addressed to Madame Gust. Téllé in Marseille, with a note at the top indicating that correspondence on the front is not accepted by all foreign countries.
