Panoramic view of the beach in Monte-Carlo with buildings, beach, and sea, with a building on a hill in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 31, 1942, addressed to Madame Germaine Colin in Hyères, with a 120-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Saint-Raphaël.
