View of the grand hotel Le Riviera Palace in Monte-Carlo, with several flags flying on the roof and a garden below. The back has a handwritten letter to Mr. A. Meyer in Brignoles, with a 5-centime green stamp and a postmark from Brignoles (Seine-et-Oise) dated 6-4-03.
