Black and white panoramic view of Monte-Carlo from the Observatory, showing the city nestled between hills and sea with boats in the harbor. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated March 27, 1913, addressed to Madame Boudard in Vincennes, with a 2.50 franc green stamp and a Paris postmark dated January 27, 1913.
