Description

Panoramic view of the port of Monte-Carlo with sailing and steam boats in the foreground, and the city buildings extending up the mountain slopes in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 17 October 1918 sent from Nice to Émile Jacob in Versailles, accompanied by two French postage stamps (15 and 25 centimes) and a cancellation mark from Nice.
