Printed text at the bottom: 'Montpellier. — The Prefecture.' and signature 'Boris Soukhaito Pauline'. Reverse: handwritten address to Saint-Amand-Montrond, blue stamp with portrait of Napoleon III, cancellation stamp 'MONTPELLIER 13 OCT 1908' and note 'This side is exclusively reserved for the address'.
