Equestrian statue of Louis XIV in Montpellier, on a stone base, surrounded by a small metal railing and greenery. Printed text at the bottom: 'MONTPELLIER. — The Statue of Louis XIV'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence to Madame Verte in Rouen, red postmark of 1907, postmark from Montpellier dated 9 May 1907.
