Description

View of Montsoreau Castle, whose legend mentions its ownership by Jean de Chambes in 1573 and its role in Alexandre Dumas' novel. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated Friday, September 24, 1909, addressed to a grandmother in Tours, with a note mentioning Montsoreau's location 14 km from Saumur.
