Stone sculpture depicting a religious scene with the Virgin, a priest, and figures surrounding a deathbed. Printed text at the bottom of the front: 'MONUMENT OFFERT PAR LE DIOCÈSE DE CAMBRAI (Nord)'. Reverse: dated correspondence from 31 December 1913, sent to Abbé Trey, parish priest of Soeulzbach (Alsace), with a 5 pfennigs German Empire stamp and a cancellation mark.
