Description

View of the Gate of Samois in Moret-sur-Loire, a fortified gate from the 15th century with two round towers and a central passage. In the foreground, pedestrians and a cyclist cross the arch. The reverse features a handwritten correspondence dated 19-12-1915, addressed to Mr. Fernand in Paris, with a postmark and a cancellation from 'Maringues' (Ain).
